Well, welcome everyone. This is Cindy, and we are excited about continuing our walk with you through our new book, Rise of the Glorious Church. And today we're in chapter three called The Rebirth of the Church.

That's right. So we're going to cover what that means and why the church needs a rebirth.

Acts 2 Reimagined & Greater

But first, I want to take you back a little bit to Acts 2, the original birth of the church. And I want to read a portion from our book. The atmosphere was electric as everyone stood in awe, stunned by what they had just witnessed. It was an invasion from heaven that began with a sudden sound, like a mighty rushing wind. They had just encountered the glory of God like flames of fire seen upon each of those that had set themselves apart in the upper room. That moment birthed the church. Everything began to change at Pentecost. Acts 2, Pentecost, and then birth of the New Testament church were powerful, world-changing, and unprecedented at the time. But we

Why Something Greater Than Pentecost Is Coming

have great news. God is coming again to visit his church in such a way that will even surpass Acts 2, Pentecost, in the level of power, glory, and scope. As prophesied in Haggai 2 9, God has something even greater than Pentecost in store. But first, the church overall needs a recalibration, a reformation. If the church ever needs a rebirth, that time is now.

Speaker 2

I can't even imagine being in that room and how powerful that must be. But for us to say that something even greater is coming, some people may think, what do you mean? How could that be? But what we have been actually saying is that we believe, you know, a lot of people are talking about revival, they're talking about awakening, they're talking about great moves of God. But we believe what we're going to see and what God is going to bring is it's going to be a revealing of the glory of the Lord. Like we share one of our favorite, really foundational scriptures for us in our calling is Isaiah 40, verse 5, which says, For the glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together, for the mouth of the Lord has spoken it. So what we saw on Pentecost was an outpouring of the Holy Spirit. But what we believe is coming and what God has revealed to us, and what this book is really about, is the release and the revealing of the glory of the Lord. And that's like our mission statement, honey, is you know, to exalt Christ and to raise up the glorious church. That's you, that's Christ in you, to reveal the glory of the Lord throughout the nations of the earth. And that's what this book is really all about, isn't it? That's right. It really is. And that's why we can say something greater is coming. And we see throughout scripture the glory of the Lord, the promise of the church. That's right.

You see, God has special plans for his church. That's why he's been saying break the mold, let my plans unfold.

Speaker 2

Amen.

Speaker 1

That's what we lay out in this book, Rise of the Glorious Church. It's all about the process God is taking his church through for her to rise up glorious. And if you were with us on that previous episode, going through the seven end-time doors, you see the overview of that, but the rest of the book lays out the details of that. That's powerful.

Speaker 2

The process God is taking us through. That's right. And it's so it's so powerful. And you know, as we have shared in the past, the kingdom of darkness has taken itself to a whole new level. And we see that. We see that everywhere. And the glory of the Lord is what is going to take the church to a whole new level. That's right. And that, and when we when the glory of God's revealed, that is what's going to change everything.

That's right. Amen. Yes,

Why a New Church WineSkin Is Required

Speaker 1

we see everything's going to a whole new level, especially in the days ahead. And as we've mentioned before, the modern day church in its current form cannot handle what's coming. That's right. It also cannot handle what God wants to pour into the church and through the church.

Speaker 2

Amen.

Speaker 1

It's like an old wineskin that will break with a new wine, just like Jesus said. The church needs to become a new wineskin that can handle what God wants to pour into her. This new wineskin requires a new paradigm and kingdom focus that incorporates a heavily modeled blueprint for the glorious church in purpose, design, and function. And we'll be sharing more about that in chapter six and seven.

Speaker 2

Amen. Amen. Well, you know, as we share in the book, the church is in desperate need of a deep move of the Spirit of God and His working on every level to say the church has been through a lot would be like a major understatement. And while there's always a remnant and pockets that are an exception, it seems much of the church is battle-worn, fractured, compromised, weak, and struggling. But there are so many signs of hope. And this is why the work when we talk about is as we did in chapter two, the seven-door vision, the powerful work that God is doing in the church. He's cleansing, he's purifying, he's making everything ready. And for us, it's all about just surrendering to that process as we've shared before.

Speaker 1

That's right. And the good news is the church is waking up.

Speaker 2

Yes.

Speaker 1

It is waking up, and God's preparing to fill our cup, to fill the church up.

Speaker 2

Amen.

Speaker 1

To be able to walk in the fullness of his kingdom, his power, and his glory.

King Jesus is Building His Church

Speaker 1

And the good news is great change is coming. Amen. King Jesus is building his church, as you said in Matthew 16, 18, right? Yes. Think about this. Building is a process, it doesn't happen right away and requires time. Yes. And he's not done with his church yet. The glorious church involves a process where he's working on multiple levels in multiple ways to prepare her for these last days and the great end-time rescue mission of a multitude of souls for the kingdom of God.

Speaker 2

Amen. Amen. For some of you listening, you know, things may have just even felt almost crazy. Like, what is going on? What's happening? And even in your own life, challenges, maybe betrayals and hurts and disappointments and just got all of these things. But when we're in the midst of all of that, when we can surrender it all to the Lord and say, God, what is it you are working in me in the midst of this? That's right. And as you said, he's working on multiple levels and in multiple ways. That's right. To prepare us for the days ahead.

Speaker 1

That's right. And when he's done, the church is going to look like what was revealed in door five of our previous episode. Go back and look at that. We won't tell you what it is right now. Go back and look at that.

The Breath of God & Ezekiel 47

Speaker 1

But the church is going to be very different from what you see now. That's right. It's going to be powerful. God wants to bring a fresh wind and infuse new life into his church. And it will be like a rebirth of the church. There was Acts 2 had a mighty rushing wind to it. God again is going to bring a mighty rushing wind. Yes. A fresh wind of his spirit that would infuse life into the church that will bring a rebirth of the church. And then the church will stand up like a great and mighty army. Amen. Again, this is reflected in Ezekiel 37.

What I think is so powerful, what stands out to me in Ezekiel 37 is it was a prophet went out and prophesied. That's right. He said, God, can these bones live? Surely you know. And so that is why, as we share in the seven doors about the voice of the Lord, the prophetic voice, door number one, and why it is important that as in the prophetic intercessors, that when we hear the word of the Lord, that we release that and into being. And I think it's just powerful to see that. That's how God chose to move.

Yep, absolutely. In fact, you'll see door number one in operation in this chapter. Yes. And what are those we're going to share next? Oh, yes.

Prophetic Word: The Rebirth of the Church

Speaker 1

It's a prophetic word that God gave us during prayer. God spoke through Cindy about the coming rebirth of the church.

Speaker 2

Yes.

Speaker 1

Go ahead and read that.

Speaker 2

First, I want to say this. It was interesting as the Lord gave this to me because I didn't fully understand it, but this is what he was telling me. And so I just spoke it as I was sensing in what he was saying. There's going to be like a rebirth of the church in the earth, like in the book of Acts, a rebirth of the church in the earth. It will not be like the church that the world has seen. It will be like a whole new church, a rebirth, like something new, the glorious church. It will be like her coming out of a cocoon. She's going to shed her old skin, be fresh and new, and glorify God. And so it's pretty powerful.

Speaker 1

That's a great prophetic word. And I love what God's saying about her coming out of her cocoon. Yes. See, the rebirth of the church is going to be like shedding of an old wineskin. Yes. When you see a butterfly coming out of cocoon, it's like shedding the old skin.

Speaker 2

Yeah.

Speaker 1

Fresh and new comes up from there. And it reminds us of Lazarus coming out of his old grave clothes, right?

Speaker 2

Yes, it does. What's amazing because I think about the cocoon, I think of in the cocoon, that butterfly is being formed. That's right. It's being fashioned and shaped and prepared. That's right. And that's what's been happening to us. That's what's been happening to the church, even in the midst of the fire and all of the things. God is forming, fashioning, and shaping you so that his glory can shine through. But it does, it reminds me too. I I absolutely love and I've shared this several times about Martha at Lazarus' tomb. This just always brings tears to my eyes and kind of breaks me because it was such a moment for Martha, thinking of the devastation, the death of her brother, and looking at all of that. But when Jesus said, Did I not say to you, daughter, that if you would believe, you would see the glory of God? That's right. That's where the faith comes in, believing to see the glory of God.

Speaker 1

That's right. And as we were finished writing the book Rise of the Glorious Church, the Lord also spoke to us another encouraging word that said, I will breathe the breath of life on the inside of my church, my bride, and she will arise.

Speaker 2

And that's so beautiful. You know, and it is amazing because through the years, from the time the Lord first brought us together, and that that has been the theme over and over as we pray and we seek the Lord. So much is about the glorious church. So much is about Him doing the work in the earth and her rising up. And so it just continues to confirm and build.

Speaker 1

So we see there's coming a new breath, a new birth, a rebirth of the church, and a greater glory and a transformation of the church that will change everything.

Prophetic Word: Everything Will Change

Speaker 2

Yes.

Speaker 1

That reminds us of the next prophetic word, another sword from door one that we want to share. And this is what he said.

Speaker 2

I love this. He said, Everything will change in his church. This is what he was speaking to me, to us. He says, Everything will change in his church. No longer will she be called a reproach or disgrace, but she shall be called by a new name. Glorious. Wow. Yeah, it's powerful. Glorious. That's what God calls you. That's what God calls us. He's speaking that over his church. Glorious, victorious church. For this is why Christ came, and this is why he will come to destroy the works of the evil one. We see that when he first came. And why he will come. Remember, you are, we are, the body of Jesus Christ in the earth. And that body is going to rise up out of the dirt, out of the grave, and proclaim the glory of his name and reveal him in all the earth. So this is what he said, and why he will come to destroy the works of the evil one. He will come with great demonstration and with great power for his people to be delivered, healed, and cleansed. For we are drawing near to the end, and there is much to be done, for his kingdom must come, his will must be done. It's time to glorify the Son. Yeah.

Speaker 1

And I love that, especially that quote. I like to quote this again. It says, where he says, Everything will change in his church. Says no longer will she be called a reproach or disgrace, she will be called by a new name, glorious.

Speaker 2

Isn't that powerful?

Speaker 1

Wow.

Speaker 2

And if anyone can make that happen, that would be the king of glory, right?

Speaker 1

That's right. Because if you look at the church recently, it's some disgrace going on in the church.

Speaker 2

Yes, we're seeing that.

Speaker 1

But that's gonna be changing.

Speaker 2

Yeah, we're seeing lots of scandals and slanders and so much. But listen, when you see all of that, you begin when when we press in and we pray and we intercede, God's like, I'm coming on the scene here. That's right. We're gonna fix things. That's right. And that's what he's gonna do by the power of his spirit.

Speaker 1

That's right. And as you'll find out in the next episode, we talk about there has to be first a cleansing process before he does what he really wants to do. Just like in again, as we saw in the seven doors. It's all right there. Yeah. And so, all right. So the Lord's saying everything is about to change. The question now is, how will this change come? Well, the answer is this before the return of Christ our King, He's coming to visit.

Speaker 2

Yes, and amen. And you know, some people will call it a revival, some will call it different things, but he wants to come and visit his house. And if ever the church needed that, for him to come and his presence, just the presence, raw presence of the Lord to come and move amongst his people.

Speaker 1

And you'll see later on in the second part of this episode, we'll share. It's gonna be beyond just visiting. Right. And we'll talk about that in the second half. Yes. But what he wants to do, he wants to come and release a fresh fire, door three, upon his church and empower us for a new day, a new era we are entering into. He wants his church ready for what's coming.

Prophetic Vision & Word: “Prepare Your...”

Speaker 1

this reminds us of a special moment that occurred with our daughter Destiny.

Speaker 2

Yes.

Speaker 1

This is years ago when she was just 11 years old.

Speaker 2

I remember that.

Speaker 1

We were working actually in the editing room at the church. We were going visiting and helping at the time.

Speaker 2

I mean, that was powerful because I remember we were attending Heartland. That's right. Church. What happened is after youth service, Destiny, our daughter walked in slowly and quietly into the room, just like the presence of the Lord was on her. And we turned to greet her and noticed she had been weeping and was kind of trembling as it seemed the Spirit of God was heavy upon her. She said, Mom and Dad, God just spoke to me and told me to come and tell you something. This really caught our attention. For at this time, her being 11 years old, it was not something she normally did. So we asked in great anticipation, honey, what did he say? She shared how she had a vision of a massive wheat field ready for harvest. And then God instructed her to come and tell us while we were working in the media center, prepare your fields for rain, for I am coming. And it was just such a God thing. It was the Spirit of God. This was very meaningful word for us because our precious daughter, you know, we think of Joel 228, how God would pour out his spirit on our sons and daughters. And it reminded us of many things God had already spoken to us, including a coming and sudden great visitation. So it was powerful.

Speaker 1

That's right. He's coming again to visit his church and bring his house in order, just as spoken about in Malachi 3.

Speaker 2

Amen.

Speaker 1

And he wants his church ready for a great harvest. So he's saying we need to prepare for his coming, he's coming to visit.

Speaker 2

And rain, we think of the rain of his presence, but I believe this is the rain of his glory. Right, a great outpouring. Yes. Rain is an outpouring. Amen. Yes.

Speaker 1

And so that leads us to next what we want to share in a prophetic, powerful word about this coming great visitation that will change everything.

And we are looking forward to sharing this word with you that actually came January 20th, 2008. And I think this is one also we shared in our previous book.

Yes. And so we've talked about how the church needs a new wineskin. Like at Acts 2, there is coming a great visitation that will bring a rebirth of a new kind of church, the glorious church. Amen. And it will be unprecedented.

Speaker 2

Amen.

Speaker 1

So I'm going to set this up with Malachi 3, which speaks about a sudden great visitation coming to his temple, coming like a refiner's fire to cleanse, purify, and bring great change. Remember Doors 3 and 4 from chapter 2, our previous episodes. And this lines up with this next powerful prophecy we call a great visitation.

Speaker 2

Yes, God gave this to us during a time of deep intercession for the church on January 20th, 2008. That's right. And you'll also see how God in it, it's amazing because God exposes the plots and the plans of the enemy. It's like if we're really listening to the Lord and we have, He has our ear and we can hear him speak, He's going to warn us. He's going to tell us, hey, these are the landmines. This is what Satan is going to try to do, and this is what you need to do. And that's what I love when as the church, we've got to learn to listen to him. And the prophetic voice, often the pure prophetic voice, will bring these things, and we'll know, oh, this is what God is saying.

Prophetic Word: The Coming Great Visitation!

Speaker 1

right. So, honey, why don't you go ahead and read this prophetic word, a great visitation that came January 20th, 2008?

Speaker 2

All right. Okay. Well, what he said, he said, There is coming a great visitation to the earth, a visitation by my spirit, a visitation such as the earth has not seen or heard. I will move in unprecedented ways. I will visit my house. I will visit the White House, and I will visit your house, O man of God. So prepare, O man of God, prepare, prepare everywhere, prepare, for I will come with great power, and I will cleanse and I will purify this hour. He said, I will separate the precious from the vile, and I will remove all things from my house that defile. I will, I will, I will, says the Spirit of God. I will fulfill my will in all the earth and in my church, and my plan shall succeed. I will have a glorious church, and she will rise up and do great wonders in the earth. Man has made his plans, but it is my purposes and plans that shall prevail, for I cannot fail. Tell me, who can stop or stay my hand when I decide to move throughout this land? There is no power, no force, no government, no man that can stand against my spirit or my plans. I just want to pause here a moment. This is a longer word, but it is powerful. And I want you to really listen. You know, when he says, prepare, prepare, prepare everywhere. He says, I'm coming to visit you, O man of God. Every house. He's coming to visit the White House, he's coming to visit his house, he's coming to visit every house. And the prayers of the saints are what prepare the way. So then he goes on to say, So I am calling you, O man of God, woman of God, rise up, rise up and take your place, rise up and seek my face. It is a day of visitation, so prepare, rise up and come to the holy place. It's Now listen carefully to this. This is what he's saying. It's time to cast aside every weight and sin that would hold you back and pen you in. Remove every impure and unclean thing before your eyes, for the enemy has sent them for your destruction and demise. So see those warnings there. In other words, get ready, prepare. And then he said, Remove the impure, unclean things. And he says, Who has sent them for your destruction and demise? And then he says, Oh, rise, O man of God, it is your day of visitation. I am calling you to be holy as I, the Lord your God, am holy. You must turn from and hate your sin. Only then can I commune with you again. Rise up out of your confusion and disgrace. Rise up, O man of God, and seek my face. And I just want to make a comment here. Some people will say, Well, I what do you mean that I have to turn from my sin before I can commune with God? This, what this is saying here, is not that you can't run to him and repent and bring those things to him, but he's talking about a deep that communion with him, that close fellowship, because sin will always try to put a wedge there. That's right. And sin will always try to separate. And so he says, Rise up out of your confusion and disgrace. Rise up, O man of God, and seek my face. And then he said, Rise up out of your slumber, for the enemy of your souls, he knows, he knows, he knows his days are numbered. He has planted snares everywhere. With a violence and a vengeance, he has unleashed strong spirits of seduction, delusion, and deception upon my church and my people, spirits to draw you away and to devour you as his prey. So I want to just go back a moment and look at that. Look what he says. He's saying, here's what your enemy's doing. He's planning snares everywhere. And we see that the distractions, the snares. And with the violence and a vengeance, because he knows, remember, he knows his time is short. So he's unleashed these strong spirits to seduce his church and with deception. And we're seeing that all over the nation. Entire churches embracing the whole LGBT agenda, entire churches embracing the trans stuff and so many other things. And it's uh it's great deception and delusion. And that's why scripture tells us be sober, be alert. Your adversary, the devil, walks around seeking someone to devour. And this is an hour when we have to be awake and alert. So then he says, with this of violence and a vengeance, he's on these strong spirits of seduction, delusion, and deception upon my church and my people. Spirits to draw you away, to devour you as prey. But this is a day of visitation. So rise up, O man of God, and draw your sword. So he's telling you this is what you need to do, which is the word. We know the sword is the word. Rise up, O man of God, and draw your sword. Wake up. Wake up. It's time for war. It's time to fight for your life. I love the ending here. He says, We are nearing the final round. And now starts the countdown. This part here almost always brings me to tears. You must get up off the floor. You must get up and draw your sword. So it's amazing because as I see this, it's almost like I see a boxing ring and I see the church laying on the floor in the ring, beaten up and all of these things. And God is saying, You gotta get up. I just think of the Rocky movies, you know, and where he's bleeding and he's been beaten. And you may feel like that in your own life right now, but the Lord, I'm telling you, He's with you, He's there. And the rest of this, let me read this what He says. So he says, You must get up off the floor. You must get up and draw your sword. He said, I am here, and there is a great cloud of witnesses cheering you on. So this is the word of the Lord for you. Do not give, don't give in, don't give up. We are so close to the end. So rise up, rise up, rise up.

Biblical & Prophetic Insight

Speaker 2

And that is what the Lord is saying to his church. He's saying, Rise up, get off, get up off the floor, and the draw your sword. In other words, speak the word, declare the word of the Lord.

Speaker 1

That's right. He's saying, get ready, he's coming to visit. That's right. Prepare, prepare everywhere. Get ready. He's coming.

Speaker 2

Yes.

Speaker 1

So he's coming first to visit his church before he comes for his church.

Speaker 2

And what I think is amazing too is when he comes to visit, like when you see that part get up off the floor, and you see how Satan's tried to devour the church as prey, draw her away, is this part of this visitation. Yes, there's cleansing and purifying, but there's going to be healing, restoration, a repairing of the broken pieces, repair of the breaches.

Speaker 1

Amen. So

How We Must Prepare For It!

Speaker 1

we see there's a new greater Acts 2 coming that we must prepare for. And then when it comes, this great visitation, it would be like the day of Pentecost, but multiplied much greater and on a global scale, we believe.

Speaker 2

Amen.

Speaker 1

And as they did in the book of Acts, we must unite and prepare in prayer greater than ever before.

Speaker 2

You know what I think is absolutely amazing, and you see it playing out, is you know, even when we wrote our book, God's Answer for America, and we the whole book was about, you know, the call to repentance and prayer from the pulpits to the pew to the multitudes. And then we launched the Pray America Pray campaign. But across the nation and the nations of the earth, we have seen powerful prayer movements. God has raised up, you know, global prayer and we're and prayer everywhere.

Prophetic Key: How to Change the Course of a Nation

Speaker 2

And that's one thing we shared in the book back then was that in the course, how to change the course of a nation, was I'm calling my people to pray, not just one day. Remember, that came on the National Day of Prayer, May 7th, 2009. And what the Lord said, He said, Tell them the course of the nation is in their hands. If they will but pray, if their prayers would pour out like rain, like rain, like rain. He said, if they will pray and press in, not just one day, but every day, they will see everything change. And then he goes on to say, he said, if they will pour out their prayers like rain, I will come and I will pour out my spirit like rain upon this land.

That's right.

And so that's where we're seeing so much prayer, the repentance and the prayer and these prayer movements going on, because that is what is going to bring the visitation. That's what's going to cause this great outpouring of the glory of the Lord. Because some people may wonder, well, we've been praying, we've been praying. Why is it not coming? And this is what is big, because the bigger the field, right? That you're the bigger the harvest field, the more planting of the seeds. Because if you want a bigger crop, you got to plant more seeds. And to plant more seeds, to till more ground, to pull more weeds, it takes time. It takes more time than just a little field. So what we're gonna see, we believe, is the glory of the Lord on a massive scale.

That's right. And in history, we see that every significant outpouring of the Holy Spirit has been preceded with a flood of prayer. That's right. Great prayer. That is right. So, and this is one thing we talk about in our book, God's Answer for America, that we love these prayer events going on, like the National Day of Prayer and other key prayer events. We believe those have been very significant. But so many times people they go to the event and pray and then they're done. They think it's done. No, that should be just the starting point. Then the church takes that prayer back to the churches and keeps the prayer rolling and going.

Well, that's where it has to be, and that's what we shared in our previous book. It has to be at the local church level. If we want to see the Spirit of God move and the glory of the Lord revealed in every city, every community, every state, and throughout the nations, it's the local churches that can shift things. And so that's where they're, and that's what we talk about in the power center, that chapter of our book. Was that chapter seven? Chapter seven. Chapter seven, where the local churches building the power center. And so that is something that's very And what that looks like, we'll share when we cover that chapter.

Amen. But it's very powerful. That's why it's called the power center. That's right. That's right.

Prophetic Vision of College Outpouring Being Fulfilled

But listen, you know, there's been decades of prayer and prayer events that have been building, and we see it as like a wave. When a wave comes in, it starts building and building. We even see that a little bit here and there with all the things that are happening in the college campuses, and God pouring out his spirit on the on the young people. I love that. Yes. And people being saved and baptized on college campuses all across America. That's right. That's actually part of a vision that the Lord gave you.

I remember yeah, I'll not forget that. I was in a spin class at an athletic club, and they was up on the second floor. Yeah. And out the window, there was a college campus behind the gym. And I that day I could not take my eyes off. I kept looking at the campus during the spin class. And I would always have worship playing in my ears instead of their music. And I remember looking out, and I had this vision, and I saw it was like the roof of the college campus opened up. It just opened up. And then I saw the Spirit of God being poured in. Yes. And it was amazing. And I know. And that's we're speaking.

See, that's just the beginning.

Prophetic Vision: Like a Dam About to Break!

It reminds us of a vision as we were praying with our son and our daughter-in-law, a time of worship and prayer together, because they were the musicians and worship leaders. He had a vision, right? Yes, yes. Of a dam about to break. It was this gigantic dam, you know, like a water dam, like you like the Hoover Dam kind of a thing. It was a massive dam holding back like an ocean of water. He said, as far as you can see, he seemed like it was never ending.

Right.

Speaker 1

And then he said this, but he saw water, and the water was representing the prayers of the saints being stored up, prayers over years, even generations, prayers for change in our churches and in our nations. And for a great spiritual awakening and much more. Yes. And everything God wants to do. And that the pressure of the dam, the water pressure on this dam was building and building. And there was so much right now that there was cracks. He saw cracks forming. Yes. And there was water spurting out. Those symbolized moves of God here and there, like we're seeing now. But he said there's coming a time when the dam breaks and everything pours forth. And that's the powerful move of God that's coming, the wave of God's coming.

And what's so amazing about that, if you've had a chance to listen to Joshua Rachel's song they wrote called Great Awakening, that's right. And there's a part in there that he is really uh words right out of that vision.

That's right.

Speaker 2

And it's and uh I see a dam about to break. Salvation's like a tidal wave. We as your church will arise and pray for a great, great awakening. Amen. Yes. And in the video we did, you know, it wasn't uh we didn't put lots of time into the video, but the video shows a huge wave coming in.

Yes, breaking.

Speaker 2

And so that's that's what God's that's what it's all working towards.

Speaker 1

That's right. And we believe that it's gonna come to a point. There's so much pressure, it's building and building that it'll break. The greater the prayer, we believe the sooner that will come. That's right. It'll just be so much pressure it can't hold it back anymore.

And so it's

How to Prepare + Nation Changing Prayer

and that, like we share in our God's answer for America book, the kind of prayer that's nation-changing is pure, passionate, and persistent. That's right. That is huge. That's and we stepped through that some other time. I think we have stepped through a little bit in the previous episode.

What's amazing is just going back to this, if we can share this, is in the God's Answer for America book about the college campuses, is when God first gave us the Pray America Pray campaign. Remember that vision I had of I saw this the camera, camera was coming down as a vision.

Speaker 1

Well, you had a vision of all of America, right? Yes, the map of the American American.

Speaker 2

And then I saw this camera from heaven, and this camera zoomed down in, and what I saw were these young people praying around this flagpole at school. And then I began to see it went from there and it moved to the college campuses. Remember? And the and and the whole time I could hear the spirit of God. It was so clear and loud. It wasn't a natural voice, I mean, but I could hear it in my spirit real loud. It was like a cry from heaven saying, pray, America, pray, pray, America, pray. And then each time I'd see each part of the vision, I could hear that voice. And so it started with the the youth in the high schools, and then it went to the college campuses, and then it moved, it was moved to Wall Street to to DC, it moved to the um Hollywood, it was moving, it was just moving across the nation and bringing the nation to its knees. Yes, and so that's what birthed the Pray America Pray campaign that we started back in 2010.

That's what we call it Pray America that's right, that's right. Amen. So listen, there's coming a great visitation that will change everything. And then when he comes to visit, he wants to do something special with that.

A Paradigm Shift That Redefines the Church Forever

Speaker 1

And this leads us to the last thing we want to share in this episode about a major paradigm shift that will change us forever, how you and the church will see what we're called to be. Think about this. God birthed a New Testament church with a supernatural visitation, outpouring of the Holy Spirit locally. God will rebirth the church with an even greater visitation and outpouring of his glory worldwide. Then when God comes and he moves in this great visitation, like a Pentecost, but multiplied, he wants that visitation to turn into a habitation. That's right. As we share from chapter one, that he wants us to shift from a Pentecost paradigm to a feast of tabernacles paradigm. Think of it this way: Pentecost was a visitation of his spirit, power and glory, like an appetizer to a great meal. Think of the whole feast. Yes. Feast of tabernacles, the feast of him dwelling with us. Yes. You see the difference between Pentecost visitation and feast of tabernacles habitation.

Amen.

He wants to shift our paradigms from a great visitation.

Speaker 2

That's right.

Speaker 1

That's what he wants to do initially, but then he wants that to turn into a great habitation.

Speaker 2

And the reason that's so important is, you know, you hear a lot of people say, Oh, we're having revival. We need revival. But what often happens with these revivals is they start off and for a and spirit of God moves and God moves, and people start, you know, God makes God just begins to move. But what happens is over time, a lot of times all that fades and people go back to their old ways. But that's why in this book, Rise of the Glorious Church, and in the power center, we show the keys to create a habitation.

That's what this book's all about.

Speaker 2

Not just coming and then lifting, but staying. How do we it's up to us, the church, to create an atmosphere. And that's what we tell our team when we come together. We say we want to create an atmosphere where God is just, He is just here. And that that we become the most God-filled, life-filled, faith-filled, joy-filled, peace, love-filled. Yes, and as Elijah says, glory and power-filled place on the world. Elijah being one of our grandchildren on the planet. And that's God wants his house to be like that. That's right. You step in, you're not just going to church because, oh, that's a thing to do, but you come. And we remember days like this in churches we've been in, is where the expectancy, the faith, the environment is so rich in faith and in the presence of God where anything can happen.

That's right.

And that's what we want to create in every community in every city.

That's right. So the glorious church will shift from a Pentecost revival focus to a feast of tabernacles focus, a habitation focus.

Amen.

Speaker 1

From visitation to habitation, becoming God's dwelling place on the earth. And that starts with us on a personal level, which is part two of the book, which we start getting into soon. Yes. In like just a couple episodes away. And we start getting into that in a powerful way on a personal level. What does that look like?

Yes.

Speaker 1

Then part three goes into that on a corporate level, which includes the power center we've talked about in chapter seven. And so wow.

So it's time to prepare. Prepare everywhere.

That's right.

And uh the church has been, there's many preparing those that are hearing the cry and the voice of the spirit.

So as we prepare, we believe the Lord's going to be coming. That he's not just coming to visit, he's coming to abide. And this book shows how to get ready to prepare a place for him to come and dwell and abide among us as we've never seen before. Amen. Just as in the days of Moses.

Yes.

And the tabernacle of Moses, the glory of God dwelt there. And we seen by all.

That's what he wants to do again. That's where that's leading to. And later in the book, we go into that in detail, exactly what that looks like. It's going to be powerful. I know.

Well, our prayer is that this episode and every episode we do is that God would just really speak to you, that he would touch your life, impact, influence, and that you would go away today after listening to this. That knowing that you have feasted, our desire is that you would feast from the table of the Lord, that through the podcast, that God would move and touch and transform.

That's right. So just a quick review. She's going to shed her old wineskin and be fresh and new wineskin that can contain the glory of God and rise up as the glorious church. And that God says that everything's going to change in the church. No longer will she be called a reproach or disgrace. She will be called by a new name. Glorious. That's right.
